Neighborhoods Unplugged will deploy 6 community wireless networks in low-income residential buildings and business corridors in 3 Los Angeles neighborhoods, provide Wi-Fi to 325 residential units and at least 300 unique users a day, while providing technology-based training to over 700 people in its first year.
