The Annual Reports tell the story of how the California Emerging Technology Fund (CETF) has been a Catalyst for Action and why it succeeded: Strategies with FOCUS; Accountability for RESULTS; Valuing of PEOPLE. CETF invites policymakers and stakeholders to study the CETF accomplishments as a foundation to finish the job of closing the Digital Divide in California and as a model for tackling other major challenges confronting our Golden State.
