The County of Sacramento, the City of Sacramento, and the Sacramento City School District, with the support of Trish Kelly at Valley Vision and CETF have formed a Neighborhood Transformation Partnership to improve the lives of the students attending Leataata Floyd Elementary School and their families and to ensure successful learning and improved academic performance by the students. Thus far, a Resolution was unanimously approved by the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors, a Statement of Intent was signed by each of the elected representatives of the Leadership Team, and an Action Plan was completed, taking into account data about the needs of the community, leadership team priorities, and feedback from the Stuart Foundation.
