Institutionalization of Digital Inclusion
The San Joaquin Valley Regional Broadband Consortium is an initiative of the California Partnership for the San Joaquin Valley and is administered by Office of Community and Economics Development at California State University, Fresno. This initiative is dedicated to accelerating the deployment, accessibility, and adoption of broadband within the San Joaquin Valley. It takes a comprehensive regional approach to improving broadband infrastructure, expanding telehealth, and increasing digital literacy across the Valley.
