Community Leaders and community-based organizations (CBOs) as “trusted messengers” and “honest brokers” to reach disadvantaged populations are essential partners to implement projects on the ground in priority populations and target neighborhoods. CETF has worked with a network of more than 100 CBOs that not only are experts in their own communities but also work together as a coordinated team through “Learning Communities” required by CETF to align collaboration with the overall strategies.

Dear Policymakers and Regulators,
We urge you to support the merger of T-Mobile and Sprint because the proposed transaction will benefit all California consumers. T-Mobile has made nearly 50 verifiable, enforceable and specific commitments for California as part of the CPUC’s review of the merger, including commitments relating to 5G deployment and network buildout, pricing, jobs, network resiliency and emergency preparedness, digital literacy, diversity and inclusion, and support for LifeLine customers…
